Cancellation Policy

Scheduling & Cancellations 24-Hour Notice: All sessions must be scheduled and/or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full and deducted from your package or membership. Class Participation Minimum Attendance: A minimum of 2 clients must be registered for a class to run. Class Cancellation: If a class does not meet the minimum participation requirement, you will be notified within 24 hours of the class start time, and you may reschedule or receive a class credit.
