When are the calls?
I know life is busy, so I provide a flexible calendar with various days and times to accommodate different schedules. The full call schedule will be shared when our group begins, and you’ll have access to all recordings if you can’t make it live!
Will there be recordings for the calls?
Well of course! I will post call recordings within 24 hours in our private community.
Who can join?
This program is designed specifically for women, with an ideal age range between 35-55 years old. While focused on women in their 40s, we welcome anyone in this transformative life stage.
How do the lab tests work?
Most tests are done from the comfort of your home—no doctor visits needed! Kits are mailed to your home and collect urine, stool, saliva or a blood spot (depending on the test.) A few tests require a blood draw. I will help you find an appropriate lab near your home.

Do I need a gym membership?
No gym membership is necessary! Our metabolic makeover workouts are designed to be completed in 30 minutes or less, either at home or in a gym if you do belong. You'll need dumbbells, resistance bands, and a space for cardio. A detailed equipment list will be provided to you.

The Metabolic Makeover is a four-figure investment with two payment structures: Paid in full or four monthly payments.
