This is a free, no-pressure intro call for women over 40 who are serious about improving their health—but aren’t sure what to do next. The goal? For me to learn more about your symptoms, history, and goals—and for you to get a feel for how I work. By the end, I’ll let you know if I believe I can help. Later, you decide if this is the right next step. Here’s what we’ll cover: What’s bothering you most—and how it’s affecting your life What you’ve already tried (and why it hasn’t worked) What kind of time, effort, and support would be required to create real change How I work as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner—and whether it makes sense for you. This isn’t emergency care or a magic fix. It’s a proactive, all-in partnership to rebuild your health from the ground up—using functional labs, personalized nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and coaching.
